Your ADHD body double
Momo’s the friend who sits with you while you do the task you’ve been avoiding. Start a focus session solo, or co-work with a friend who’s also avoiding something.
How it works

Dump it in The Pile
Every task you have been avoiding goes in one place. No lists to maintain, no priorities to set, no guilt.

Start a session
Pick one thing off The Pile and start the timer. That is the entire setup.

Momo sits with you
Momo stays for the whole session and does not leave until the thing is done. Solo, or alongside a friend.
Solo or with friends
Invite someone you actually know — not a matched stranger, not an AI. The person on the other side is your friend, avoiding their own thing.

Questions
Is Momo an AI?
No. Momo is a character who keeps time and sits with you — not a chatbot pretending to be your friend. When you co-work, the other person in the session is a real person you invited.
Do I need friends to use it?
No. Solo sessions are the default and they work on their own. Co-working with someone you know is there when you want it, not a requirement for getting started.
What does it cost?
Momo is free to download and free to use for solo sessions. [Confirm paid tier and price before launch.]
Does it work if I don't have ADHD?
Yes. Body doubling helps anyone who stalls on tasks that are boring, ambiguous, or emotionally loaded. We built it for ADHD brains because that is where the need is sharpest, not because it stops working for everyone else.
What's a body double?
A body double is someone who is simply present while you do a task you have been putting off. They are not helping, supervising, or checking your work — their presence is the whole mechanism. It is a long-standing ADHD strategy, and Momo is a way to get one without having to ask a person to sit in your room.
